General Registration Questions

Attendee registration is open. Discounted registration is available through April 18 and online registration closes on May 12. Registrations or substitutions after May 12 can be processed during the conference dates at the Attendee Info Desk on-site at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.

 ‣ Access to all three days of Educational Sessions, including three General Sessions and 25+ concurrent sessions offering diverse topics and insights.

‣ Various meals throughout the Conference, including lunch on Monday and Tuesday, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, dinner on Tuesday, and several events with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.

Solutions EXPO events, where you can explore cutting-edge products and services.

‣ Various social and networking events & activities throughout the conference, including Monday's Awards Reception + Happy Hour and Tuesday Evening's Dessert Reception

Your organization must be a member of LeadingAge Texas in order to take advantage of the membership discount price. Group rates are available this year to our Aging Service Provider Members this year; for 3+ employees of aging services member providers from the same campus! ($75 discount/person)

NOTE:
• Please select 'Member - Group Registration' for attendee type, and then select the '2025 Attendee: Full Conference - Member Group Rate' for attendee selections during the registration process
• If a provider has multiple communities/campuses, the group cannot be made up of employees from different campuses; Groups must be part of the same campus.
• The group rate is only available to employees of aging service providers who are also members with our association. This not available to our Business Member/vendor employees.

 

Yes. $100 discount for first time aging services attendees. Discounts for Student Members and Life Members are available and automatically applied when registering. We periodically offer special discounts to those individuals who are signed up for our email list. To sign up to receive our communications, please create a LeadingAge Texas profile.

Guest tickets to certain LeadingAge Texas Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO events are available to your guests, as long as they do not work in the industry and are not a colleague. Full details on guest ticket purchases are available here.

Modify My Registration

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to dorothy@leadingagetexas.org no later than April 30. Cancellation penalties:

Registration Open - March 31 = full refund less a $75 processing fee per attendee
April 1 - April 30 = 50% refund
Anytime after April 30 = substitutions may be made for persons unable to attend
Substitution requests should be submitted via email to   dorothy@leadingagetexas.org.

We offer a one-day pass for Tuesday if you cannot make it to the full conference. The day pass is available to Aging Services Providers. No partial conference registration rates are available to companies and individuals who sell/market products and/or services.

Splitting or sharing a registration is not permitted. Registrations are to be used by the same person for the entire conference even if the person is able to attend only part of the conference. A one-day registration rate is available for anyone who cannot attend the full conference.

No need to preselect! Your full conference registration includes access to all educational sessions on the schedule of events. Simply start thinking about which educational sessions you'd like to attend. Once the conference app becomes available in mid-May, you'll have the opportunity to personalize your schedule and plan your conference experience.

• Bring your phones! Attendees will sign out via session specific QR codes that will be posted inside and outside each meeting room. Attendees will need to scan the sign out QR code for each session, and attend the session in full to receive credit. QR codes are time-stamped.

• Moderators for each session will be making note of attendance. Credit will not be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

• Certificates of attendance will be available in the section of your professional development profile immediately after you sign-out and take the post session evaluation

• If you identify any discrepancies with your certificate(s), LeadingAge Texas will evaluate requests for changes on a case-by-case basis after the conference. Questions can be emailed to amanda@leadingagetexas.org.

Conference Information

If approved by the presenter, handouts will be available on our session resource page up to 4-weeks after the conclusion of the conference.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the mobile App a couple of weeks before the conference dates.

The 2025 Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO is your opportunity to network, gain knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the curve, and meet new potential partners. Dress to impress (business casual)! Layered clothing is recommended for your comfort, as regulating temperatures in meeting, dining, and other areas is often difficult.

LeadingAge Texas has scholarship opportunities available to attend the 2025 Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO:

EIA Scholarships | EIA (Educational Institute on Aging) scholarships assist LeadingAge Texas members in attending educational events throughout the year including the LeadingAge Texas Annual Conference. All employees of LeadingAge Texas member communities are eligible to apply. Scholarships for the Annual Conference cover the cost of registration and up to a $500 reimbursement for travel expenses. The EIA Scholarship application is open February 20.
