Awards   Careers in Aging Day

ArtsInspire™ is a contest that showcases the artistic talents of older Texans from not-for-profit aging services communities across the state. 

Each year we honor those who are committed to enhancing the field of aging services and who excel in leadership and advocacy.

The goal is to allow our member organizations to make students aware of the rich variety of jobs in the field of aging services.

Managed Care Network

HPI is the 501 c (9) nonprofit, self-funded Association-Sponsored Health Plan of LeadingAge Texas, which represents not-for-profit aging services providers throughout the state.

This yearlong program is designed for emerging leaders in aging services. In addition to cultivating leadership skills, Fellows build meaningful, lasting relationships that provides guidance and support.

Members participating in the network will have opportunities to secure value-based and pay-for performance contracts enhancing their reimbursement through these quality-based programs.

Leadership Summit

A year-long leadership development program designed to enhance the leadership skills and core competencies of nonprofit leaders within the LeadingAge membership.


The Leadership Educator Program is intended to build a pool of skilled leadership educators within the LeadingAge membership. 


This three-day event is an opportunity to hone your skills as leaders, network with others & voice your passion for older adults on Capitol Hill.
