ArtsInspire™ is a contest that showcases the artistic talents of older Texans from not-for-profit aging services communities across the state. 

Each year we honor those who are committed to enhancing the field of aging services and who excel in leadership and advocacy. The winners are honored in front of their peers at our Annual Conference.

Leadership Academy

LeadingAge Leadership Educator Program

The goal is to allow our member organizations to make students aware of the rich variety of jobs in the field of aging services.

The Larry Minnix Leadership Academy is a year-long leadership development program designed to enhance the leadership skills and core competencies of nonprofit leaders within the LeadingAge membership.

The Leadership Educator Program is intended to build a pool of skilled leadership educators within the LeadingAge membership.






Leadership Summit


This three-day event is an opportunity to hone your skills as leaders, network with others & voice your passion for older adults on Capitol Hill.
