• Exhibitor Connection Discount
  For employees of aging services providers & other non-business-affiliated individuals who would like to save $100 by agreeing to schedule and attend meetings with at least 5 exhibitors on Wednesday, Oct 7 of the Conference.
• Standard Registration
  For employees of aging services providers & other non-business-affiliated individuals.

 

BUSINESS MEMBER EMPLOYEES
Conference registration is not available to companies and individuals who sell/market products and/or services who are not 2020 Business Members.

• 2020 Exhibitor
  For employees of Business Members who are exhibiting at the 2020 Solutions EXPO.
  Please observe our No Suitcasing Policy.
  
• Standard Registration
  For individuals & employees of companies who sell/market products and/or services, who are 2020 Business Members -- and who are not exhibiting at the 2020 Solutions EXPO.

You will receive a confirmation via email within 1 business day of your registration.

Confirmation of your registration will be connected to your profile here.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to dorothy@leadingagetexas.org no later than Sept 16. Cancellation penalties:

• July 17 - Sept 16 = 50% refund
• Anytime after Sept 16 = registrant forfeits the registration fee in its entirety

Substitutions may be made at any time for persons unable to attend. Substitution requests should be submitted via email to dorothy@leadingagetexas.org.

Registrants will gain access to the platform the dates of the Virtual Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO, October 6-8, 2020. The Virtual EXPO Hall will remain accessible through December 31, 2020.

We have put every effort forward to ensure that each attendee receives the best rate for their registration type and therefore do not have any group discounts available for the Annual Conference registration.

All registrants will be provided with custom log in credentials by LeadingAge Texas in early October. You will use your credentials to log into the Engagez platform for the entire conference.

LeadingAge Texas is seeking approval for Continuing Education for Activity Professionals, Nursing Home Administrators & Assisted Living Managers, Human Resources Professionals, and Social Workers.

Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the platform and educational sessions* during the on-demand period up until the end of December. Registrants will also be able to continue meeting with exhibitors in the EXPO hall.

*Educational session recordings will be available on-demand at the discretion of the speaker(s).
