Upon booking, you may notice in the 'room policies' a mention of the resort fee. As long as you use the LeadingAge Texas room block link or reference “LeadingAge Texas 2024 Annual Conference Group” when calling the Reservations Department at (877) 525-2427, you will received the discounted $10/night resort fee for any nights booked May 15 - May 24. Outside of these dates will incur the $44.99/night resort fee.

Please contact the reservations department at (877) 525-2427 if you are looking to check in prior to May 15, or check out after May 25.
Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come as early as when America’s Largest Indoor Waterpark opens at 10:00am to pre-register and begin using the Waterpark right away. Don’t worry, the hotel will text you when your room is ready after 4:00pm. Hint – pack a separate waterpark specific bag to make changing a breeze. Don’t forget, there are waterpark locker rentals available for your other personal items you may want to keep near.
Check-out is no later than 11:00am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, Kalahari invites you to stay throughout the day and enjoy the waterpark till it closes and many other great Kalahari amenities.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service for airport transportation.

Letter of Authorization (LOA) and Tax Exempt:
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions does not accept Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders at the hotel check-in. They have a dedicated team that approves these forms prior to arrival to guarantee validity and ensure billing is setup appropriately. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to us at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to (608) 254-6116. We highly suggest that attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their individual credit cards. Group Instructions on Business Checks:
Guests are required to mail the district/school/company check at minimum two (2) weeks prior to arrival (personal checks are not accepted).
