2019 Annual Sponsorship
Agreement & Application

LeadingAge Texas reserves the right to determine whether a company meets the standards for sponsorship determined by LeadingAge Texas and its Board of Directors. If it does not, sponsorship application will be denied and any prepaid fees will be returned in full. 

LeadingAge Texas' recognition of sponsors in no way constitutes endorsement of the sponsor's production or services. Recognition of sponsorship is the responsibility of LeadingAge Texas, no signage or display by the sponsoring company is permitted nor promotion of the sponsor's products or services unless approved by LeadingAge Texas in advance. If the sponsor fails to comply with the agreement, the company forfeits all remaining sponsorship benefits for the year 2019 and will not be entitled to any refund. 

Sponsorships cannot be processed without the required remittance, in order to guarantee all benefits outlined. Payment of the total amount is due upon receiving an invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to receiving any sponsorship benefits. Monies not allocated in 2019 will not be rolled over into future years. Benefits must be redeemed in the calendar year of sponsorship. 

Select co-sponsorships are offered. Sponsorship availability/pricing subject to change. Precedence is given to previous year's sponsors. The annual sponsorship program and annual conference is not exclusive to one industry sponsors. For additional questions, please contact Crystal Laza.
