Parking
Self-parking is available for all attendees at a reduced rate of $5/day. Valet parking is also available at an additional fee. See the map below for lot locations and valet rates.

Airport Transportation
A variety of ground transportation is available from both Dallas-Love Field and Dallas-Fort Worth airports. One-way taxi fare from Love Field to the Hyatt Regency is estimated at $20-25. One-way taxi fare from DFW to the Hyatt Regency is estimated at $45-50. The Super Shuttle also provides shared van rides from both airports for approximately $17 one-way.

All hotel reservation changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel. Please review the cancellation policy stated on your hotel reservation confirmation for potential penalties.

Due to hotel policies, associations are held financially responsible for hotel rooms reserved but not actually occupied. To help LeadingAge Texas avoid penalties and keep costs low, it is imperative that our attendees reserve hotel rooms realistically and cancel with as much notice as possible. Canceling fewer than seven business days in advance of your arrival does not allow ample time for your room to be re-sold, which often means LeadingAge Texas will be liable for your unoccupied hotel room in addition to the one-night fee you are charged. 

It has come to our attention that outside housing companies have been contacting attendees and exhibitors regarding hotel reservations for the 2016 Annual Meeting & Trade Show. LeadingAge Texas is NOT affiliated with any third-party housing agencies and cannot guarantee room rates or reservations offered through these organizations. Room reservations for the Annual Meeting should be made directly with the hotel online or via phone.
