2025 - 2026 REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in email by April 30, 2025 and sent to dorothy@leadingagetexas.org.
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
No refunds will be granted for requests emailed after April 30.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
LeadingAge Texas regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. No-shows will be billed.
Cancellation penalties:
- Registration Open - April 30 = full refund less a $75 processing fee
- Anytime after April 30 = substitutions may be made for persons unable to attend
After the cancellation deadline, a registration credit applied to 2026 - 2027 The Masterclass may be considered in the event of approved extenuating circumstances such as a travel ban, illness, etc. (extenuating circumstances require documentation and must accompany your request, please email to
dorothy@leadingagetexas.org).
No-Show:
No refunds will be provided for no and/or partial attendance to any of the scheduled in-person or virtual gatherings on the 2025 - 2026 Schedule:
- May 18–19, 2025: In-Person, Austin: The Summit
- July 9, 2025: Virtual Gathering featuring Session 1
- October 1, 2025: In-Person, Dallas: Executive Leadership Meet-up & Happy Hour (the evening before the Dallas Member Meet-Up)
- October 8, 2025: Virtual Gathering featuring Session 2
- January 14, 2026: Virtual Gathering featuring Session 3
- February 5, 2026: In-Person, location TBA: Executive Leadership Meet-Up & Happy Hour in conjunction with Class 1 of The 2026 Cohort
- April 8, 2026: Virtual Gathering featuring Session 4
CODE OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
LeadingAge Texas is a listening organization focused on its participants. LeadingAge Texas in-person and virtual meetings are designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity, and community in a fun and safe learning
environment.
We value the participation of each member of the community and strive to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others and maintain the highest
level of professionalism at all programs and events, whether officially sponsored by LeadingAge Texas or not.
All attendees, guests, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, and staff at any LeadingAge Texas events are required to observe the following Code of Professional Responsibility:
LeadingAge Texas is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference
participants in any form.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for the conference.
Be kind to others. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned at LeadingAge Texas events. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave The Masterclass at
the sole discretion of LeadingAge Texas.
LeadingAge Texas reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and LeadingAge Texas
reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.

The The Masterclass 2025 - 2026 Program is a networking event. By attending the event, your contact information may be shared with other registrants, speakers, and sponsors. You have the option to opt out of sharing your phone number and email
during registration. LeadingAge Texas will never sell or misuse your information.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All in-person events hosted by LeadingAge Texas, will follow CDC recommendations along with state, county, & city guidelines,
and the host hotel’s policy as it relates to COVID-19. Should changes occur within said guidelines
impacting the event, LeadingAge Texas will adjust & update attendance requirements accordingly.
