As we approach the 2023 festive season, I find myself reflecting on the incredible dedication and compassion that defines our LeadingAge Texas family. This time of joy, reflection, and togetherness is marked by immense gratitude I extend to each and every one of you.

This season also marks a moment of reflection on the strides we've made together. As we look forward, it's an opportune time to explore new ways to get involved . The LeadingAge Texas board and staff have been hard at work refining member programs and shaping opportunities for your development. Through education,  leadership programs , and networking initiatives, we aim to foster growth and empowerment within our membership, inviting each of you to actively engage and participate in our shared journey.
