Meet Your New Central Texas Network Representative

We are happy to announce Christine Nguyen, Director of Human Services with Morningside Ministries in San Antonio has been elected to fill the open LeadingAge Texas Board of Directors position for the Central Texas Network Representative

Christine Nguyen has been supporting quality of living for Morningside Ministries team members for 10 years in the Human Resources discipline.  She spent some time working in a for-profit organization, Sava Senior Care, as a Division HR Director, managing HR services for 14 skilled nursing communities. The experiences in both for-profit and not-for-profit has influenced her mission to create an enriching quality of living for both team members and older adults that is meaningful and engaging.  As a servant leader and Director of Human Resources, she’s guided by Morningside’s faith-based mission and core values of People First, Compassionate Action, and Respectful Communication.

Christine Nguyen’s credentials include: Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). On the weekends you’ll find her riding her bike with her chiweenie, Molly, in tow or on the trails prepping for her next half marathon..

We are confident Christine will do an exceptional job representing the Central Texas Network. Her term will begin May 2021.
