LeadingAge Texas Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO
The LeadingAge Texas Annual Conference & Solutions EXPO is our most highly attended event of the year, typically drawing around 400 total attendees, including both provider and business members. Our aging services members represent more than 200 of Texas' leading not-for-profit organizations, including retirement housing communities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, nursing homes, and home- and community-based service providers.

Who is LeadingAge Texas?
LeadingAge Texas provides leadership, advocacy, networking and education to not-for profit organizations that provide aging services to Texas seniors. Our members lead the industry in quality and innovative care and services for the aging.
Members include: nursing homes, assisted living communities, senior housing, Life Plan Communities, memory care, hospice and home-and-community-based services providers.

Booth Packages:
THE INTERACTIVE EXHIBITOR BOOTH -
Design your booth as a 'can't miss destination' within the Solutions EXPO
- LeadingAge Texas will:
- create an in-person attendance/traffic driver for any exhibitor hosting an interactive booth
- provide more marketing exposure of your booth to attendees
- Description of your interactive booth is due at the time of registration
- Examples include: massage therapist, beverage tastings, essential oil creation, mug engraving, caricature artist, etc. (ie an elevated experience from the usual drawing, raffle, and/or giveaway)
- Highly recommended to host an interactive booth during the 2026 Solutions EXPO
THE STANDARD EXHIBITOR BOOTH

All exhibitors are expected to:
- host a drawing, raffle, and or giveaway for attendees
- showcase a service or product
- provide information about your new products and/or services during registration
- provide 3 key qualities why attendees would want to and should visit your booth during the Solutions EXPO
All Booth Purchases Include:
- Full Conference access: Two (2) Full Conference Registrations are included in the cost of registration providing FULL Conference access (May 14-15)
- Includes all educational sessions, networking receptions, social events, and meals offered throughout the 2.5-day conference.
- Need an additional badge? Additional Full Conference registration will be available for exhibitors at the discounted member rate in early 2026, when general registration opens.
- Up to 1 additional registration may be purchased (no more than 3 employees per company).

Exhibitor Service Contractor
The designated exhibitor service contractor for the LeadingAge Texas Solutions EXPO will be shared at a later date. The Exhibitor Services Kit will include detailed information about shipping, labor, and furnishings. AV, electrical, internet, and F&B are provided directly through the hotel and details for ordering will also be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit. Information regarding the Exhibitor Services Kit details will provided to registered exhibitors on their Details & Deadlines page (shared early 2026 with registered exhibitors).
NO SUITCASING POLICY
Please note that any attendee who is observed soliciting business OR distributing
promotional materials in meeting rooms, exhibit hall, or other public spaces may be asked to leave.
Suitcasing: Any activity designed to solicit or sell products or services to delegates attending a
meeting, conference, exhibition or event without the proper authorization by the event sponsor.
