One of the most important functions of LeadingAge Texas is our involvement in the legislative and regulatory process. Virtual lobby days gives LeadingAge Texas aging services members an opportunity to connect with your State Representatives and Senators to share your experience and concerns related to the field and your organization. 

It's time for LeadingAge Texas members to unite and ensure our 2021 Legislative Priorities get the attention they deserve!

Legislative Zoom Calls

• LeadingAge Texas staff will assign you to one or more 30 minute Zoom calls with legislative offices. Meetings will be scheduled between 9-11am and 1-3pm March 2nd through the 4th. It is extremely important you are available to attend your meetings. A member of our policy team will join each meeting.
• Once meetings are scheduled attendees will receive a notification including the date and time, Zoom credentials, and list of meeting participants. 

• Once your meetings are confirmed you will receive zoom meeting credentials and materials to help you prepare including the do's and don'ts, talking points and other tips.
