Wesleyan Homes, Inc., a leading senior living healthcare non-profit in Texas, announces the appointment of Bethany Sisneroz to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Leading Wesleyan Homes’ service delivery excellence, business operations and strategy implementation, Sisneroz will report to President / CEO Mark Lenhard to ensure that the faith-based organization’s mission of service and ministry of care remains deeply embedded within its operations and culture. Prior to joining Wesleyan Homes, Sisneroz served as Chief Operating Officer for The Talent Match Group, a professional agency for long-term care providers.

“Sisneroz’s extensive executive leadership demonstrates that she can shepherd complex standards while centering relationships with residents and staff at the heart of our mission” said Mark Lenhard. “These attributes combined with 20 years as a licensed administrator make her a powerful ambassador during an exciting season of growth and expansion of our ministry and services at Wesleyan Homes.”

Having served as both administrator and regional vice-president of operations, Sisneroz brings her significant leadership experience in long-term healthcare. As regional vice president for a multi-site skilled nursing organization, Sisneroz led a team of 1,100 staff as a cohesive unit to successfully navigate the complex systems of healthcare. Sisneroz was the first administrator in Texas to receive the American Health Care Association's Silver Quality Award, for which she currently serves as National Examiner.

“A love for service has been embedded in the career path that led me to Wesleyan Homes. I care deeply about this ministry, and being able to utilize my experience is a noble responsibility for which I am wholly committed,” said Sisneroz.

Sisneroz earned a Bachelor of Science in Long-Term Care Administration from Texas State University. Sisneroz and her husband have five children whose ages range from 12 to 35, and they are proud grandparents.
