Join the Panhandle Texas Network for an afternoon of peer-to-peer networking and learning. The Bivins Pointe team will present on best practices related to organizational culture and change - you don't want to miss this!

Because organizations are made up of individuals with different talents, personalities, and goals, the organization will have a distinct culture.  Some aspects of this culture change when the personnel do; other aspects seem to be fixed and enduring.  The anatomy of an organization’s culture – how the community functions on a day-to-day basis – can strongly influence that organizations’ potential for success or failure.  In addition, the ability of an organization and its leaders to cope with change and encourage innovation also impacts mission effectiveness.  When you incorporate change through a culture-defining and alignment process, the organization clarifies the desired values, reviews currents practices and creates a plan for more effectively living those core culture principles. Treating your organization as a system, brings change from the inside out, and links organizational change to the very culture that is valued.
