The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid adopted the 2012 edition of National Fire Protections Association 101 (Life Safety Code) in July of 2016. The Agency for Healthcare Administration and Joint Commission adopted and started surveying using this code November 1st. This one-hour live webinar will provide an overview of the important changes associated with the adoption of the 2012 edition, briefly review the format of NFPA 101 to ensure effective research and use of the Life Safety Code, discuss the important changes that impact Long Term Care communities, and review the top survey comments and K-tags that are effecting communities in the first few months of implementation.

Tune in to this live one-hour webinar to learn more. There will be an opportunity for Q&A with the speaker following the presentation.
