Jennifer Boese is the Director of Health Care Policy & Innovation at CLA. She is a highly successful public policy, legislative and advocacy leader, including working in both the state and federal government as well as the private sector. She brings decades of government relations and public policy knowledge with her to CLA. Well over half of her career has been spent dedicated to health care policy and the health care industry, affording her a deep understanding of the health care market and environment, health care organizations and health care stakeholders.

Mike Siegel has 15 years of experience in public accounting, concentrating exclusively in the healthcare industry. His background includes advisory services in the areas of financing audit, nonprofit tax, reimbursement consulting, transaction consulting, strategic planning, as well as other consulting services for healthcare organizations. Mike serves clients ranging in size from small start‐up nonprofit organizations to entities with revenues approaching $2billion.

He has a depth of general healthcare industry knowledge and experience in the areas risk assessment; internal control documentation and improvement; and reimbursement from governmental and commercial payers for healthcare clients throughout the country.
