Participants must bring to the program a current (2019) ICD-10-CM Code Book

Don't already have a 2019 book and have questions about what to get?

  • Please bring a 2019 copy. Even though 2020 is around the corner, we will be working from the 2019, current book, and participants must bring the 2019 version with them.
  • Have only one book but multiple colleagues from the same organization attending? Colleagues may share their book at the training. Please limit sharing to one book to 2 or 3 people (at most). This will help the class get the most from the training in the short time we have together.
  • Wondering which 2019 book to purchase? Any current 2019 ICD-10-CM code book will do! Here are some examples:

  • Administrators: LeadingAge Texas is applying to have this program approved for Continuing Education for 6 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS.

  • Nurses: LeadingAge Texas is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association - Approver, an accredited approver with distinction, by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This activity pending approval up to 6 contact hours.

Hours & credit types offered are subject to change based on approval; LeadingAge Texas will update this section accordingly.
