10:15 - 11:45 am Leading with Clarity Rather than Certainty Jody Holland, Facilitator
There are "leaders" in this world that are absolutely certain about being right - right about the direction they are going & right about who they are to the world. However, there are very few true leaders that are clear on the right direction. Developing clarity in business enables a leader to make the right decisions for the right reasons.
